Being on a couple of mailing lists myself for the websites that I frequent, such as Victoria’s Secret etc. I’d have to admit that most times the updates are frivalous and instead of informing me, I find myself deleting those updates instead of going through them! 
Therefore, in order to spare you girls the agony that I go through, daft*DIAMOND has decided to compile all updates through the week into a weekly update called TGIF (Thank God It’s Friday)! As the name suggests, updates will be sent every Friday, containing all the latest additions that we’ve made in the week.
We figured that this is not only a great way to welcome the weekend, but also saves you girls from being spammed by our frequent updates through the week. As mentioned, updates will be done through the week regardless, so do not be alarmed if items that we’ve mentioned in the email are no longer available. It could have been released early in the week, and have already been snapped up. Check back often if you don’t want to miss out!

Hey girls!
So, in an attempt to revive daft*DIAMOND, I spent the whole afternoon prepping the website for updates and whatnots. Initially, I had the intention to redo the whole site, but once I opened it up I realized that the current one is actually rather pleasing to the eye and thus, only made a few minor changes. Can anyone spot the difference?
I hope to see more of you girls soon as I hope to update the website more regularly. Till then.. xoxo!

Today is the launch of our very own dotcom! All things mostly stay the same, except that it is now easier to navigate over to the website, and we hope it’s a cleaner and fresher interface for all your ladies out there.
There are a couple of things to note:
- HTTP://WWW.DAFTDIAMOND.COM – Of course, our web address is now different! Doesn’t it make it so much easier to remember, as well as find your way over? If you bookmark the link, that would be even easier as well. In addition, if you guys head over to our old livejournal, there is a link to click to direct you to our new website.
- shop@daftdiamond.com – our primary email used to attend to most general administrative stuff, like queries, as well as updates for those on our Mailing List. So please take note of this, and check your junkmail if you haven’t been receiving updates.
- sales@daftdiamond.com – our email address used to attend to all order related issues, including sending out your order confirmation emails. So girls, once again please take note, and check your junkmail if suddenly the emails haven’t been appearing in your mailbox.

Postage rates Revised
Hi all!
Daft*Diamond’s postage rates have been revised. We realised that most times it costs us more than the shipping we collect. Especially the case when the order consists of more than 1 piece. Therefore, the new rates are as follows:
- For the first item: $1.50
- Next 5 items each: $1.00
- Subsequent items each: $0.50
- Registered mail will be an additional $2.24.

In other Daft*News, please note that I’ve made a few slight amendments to the shopping cart checkout system in hopes that it would be more understandable and user friendly for you girls! Most importantly, email receipts are now sent manually by me instead of being sent out automatically by the checkout system. Therefore, for those who are familiar with receiving near instant order confirmations in the past, do not panic if you don’t receive an email within minutes of checkout. New Layout
Okay! Finally the new layout is up and running. And honestly, i am rather happy with it!
It took a lot of work, but i enjoy photoshop, i enjoy html so i guess it’s all fine.
